We loved the location - it was unbeatable! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included in our room rate was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near many banks and restaurants.

This hotel's next to tourist places like temple of literature. A good breakfast.

We stay in a side street near the lake in the old quarter which was lovely. It is a short walk to the restaurant which had decent food but closes early. It is also nearby to Hoan Kiem lake which is a must-see. Our room was clean but nothing special. the breakfast was mediocre and the bathroom could have used improvement. the staff was helpful and the hotel had free internet.

We could hear the construction work next door, and the staff cleaning other rooms quite early in the morning. The pillows were lumpy, and the bed was not very supportive.

Great value for money! the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options to choose from. the staff was very friendly and helpful with making reservations and giving directions. the location was perfect, close to great restaurants, and within walking distance of key tourist sites.
